Scheduling games

Sharing availability or receiving an invitation does not reserve a place. Check your dashboard for confirmed registrations. Games may change or be cancelled, and joining a waiting list does not guarantee a place.

Use your dashboard to accept an available place, manage a waiting-list offer, or cancel your registration. Keep your personal link private and contact Bruno if you need help.

SMS Terms

With your permission, Bruno’s Pickleball will send automated scheduling notifications about weekly availability requests, invitations, game changes, cancellations or removals, reminders, and waiting-list offers. Game registrations and confirmations appear on your dashboard. Game reminders arrive at 7 p.m. the evening before and as early as 7 a.m. on game day. Messages are for recreational scheduling, not marketing.

Before automated texts begin, Bruno must obtain your affirmative verbal consent in person or by phone using the verbal SMS consent script. He must provide the Privacy Policy and SMS Terms links before you decide, and keep a private written record of your name, phone number, date and time, consent method, script version, and affirmative answer.

Permission to receive texts is optional and separate from joining the player directory or accepting general website terms. Importing a contact, visiting the website, or opening a dashboard does not subscribe you. A limited, organizer-reviewed test may send an enrollment introduction after actual prior permission has been recorded. A YES reply to that pending invitation confirms enrollment; NO declines. STOP always stops automated texts.

Message frequency varies. It depends on invitations, game activity, and your registrations. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s plan determines any charges.

Stop messages or get help

Reply STOP to unsubscribe from automated texts, including reminders. A bare CANCEL is also treated as a messaging opt-out, not a request to cancel a game.

Opting out of texts does not cancel an existing game registration. Use your personal dashboard to cancel your place, or contact Bruno for help. After opting out, contact Bruno if you want to discuss receiving messages again.

Message delivery

Text delivery is not guaranteed. Messages may be delayed or undelivered because of carrier availability, your device, or other service conditions. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Check your dashboard for your current games and contact Bruno if information is unclear.

Privacy and support

Read our Privacy Policy to learn how scheduling information, consent records, and opt-outs are handled.

Your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in records, and messaging consent are never sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We also do not sell or share other personal information for marketing purposes.
